Welcome to the Five Branches University Clinic. You can assist us to maintain our Covid Safety protocols by doing the following:

Schedule an appointment in advance
Reschedule if you are feeling ill
Wear a well-fitting face mask, with ear loops, at all times
Arrive at the time of your treatment, not early or late
Use hand sanitizer before and after your session (available at the clinic)

In light of continuous updates to Covid protocols, here is what we are doing to keep you safe:

Our school policies follow healthcare worker mandates, including universal vaccination or testing
Limited availability, and appointments required, to assist with social distancing
Masks must be worn at all times by everyone 2 years of age and above
A sign on the door indicating that if you have a cough, fever, shortness of breath, or have been exposed, please do not enter
Temperature checks at the door
Increased sanitizing of hands and surfaces
